I placed an order on December 30th, expecting delivery within 2-3 days (feasibly I’d expect 2-3 working days). I received an SMS immediately advising I would be notified when it shipped, but when I hadn’t received an update 6 days later (3 working days), I contacted them. Their response was prompt, advising of a flood in their area, being forced to close early and reminding me of the Christmas bank holidays. They said my order would be dispatched by January 8th (9 days / 6 working days after my order), so I’d expect to get it some time around the 12th (13 days after ordering). The website has been updated to say delivery will now take up to 5 days due to a surge in demand, however there must be a backlog too as if they’re still preparing orders from a week ago 5 days seems optimistic. If you need hay promptly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.I can’t comment on the quality of the hay, but I’ll post an update when my order arrives.
