When I reached out to the company about returning an item that was not as described (which they agreed with), I experienced a lot of runaround. I do not trust them at all. Instead of paying extra for return shipping, I chose to resell the item myself. I do not recommend buying from this seller. After I posted this review, I received a follow-up email asking if I meant to review a different store. I confirmed that my review was accurate and that I had already attempted to resolve the issue without success.
