The sweater I received was extremely thin, contrasting sharply with the thick and cozy appearance in the photo. The other sweater I got didn’t even resemble sweater fabric. The return fee is $20-40 per item, which is frustrating. I regret ordering, especially since it had a 4.5 rating.
