I had ordered some plants in October, I messaged Hayloft to ask why I hadn’t received them, they messaged me back to let me know that it was because they wouldn’t have been available until spring,
And said as soon as they were available they would send them, they soon after messaged me telling me that they would be lifted from the greenhouse house and would be sent, they messaged me to let me know they were on their way
and what day they would arrive. Sure enough they arrived on time, suitably packaged and delivered with care
