My first case was denied by immigration, and my contract stated we would have another option to submit a new case. But then everything started to slow down, there were changes in case managers, delays in responses, phone calls where no one wanted to explain what was happening, and six months passed and my case still hasn't been submitted to USCIS. I'm still waiting for an update. We paid a lot of money, but when we really need their help, I simply feel like I've been left aside, and that the upfront payment was just for their convenience. It's difficult! Because we're left with our hands tied, and all the money is already in their hands.
Overall I had a great experiência with HW for my EB2 case. In the beginning the case managers assigned to my case were very slow to respond and move things along. Case managers left the team which delayed the case a bit everytime they needed to find a new person. But once Carla Oliveira was assigned to my case it was smooth sailing! Carla is extraordinary!!! She is incredibly helpful and always available to answer your questions and give you updates. My 4 star rating reflects the initial experience but from the moment Carla was on my case I would rate her services as 1Million stars if I could!!! I will always be extremely thankful to her!

Do not trust this company. Until they take your money, they constantly give you empty promises and false hope. After they receive your payment, you can no longer reach them. They have been causing me trouble for 2 years. They said they would refund my money, but they never did. Do not let this company take your money. I will pursue every legal option available until I get my money back.
