Recent online order delivered untinted . Only solution offered by telephone help desk was for me to take to Haymes store (not stockists)to request if they would tint. No order details taken from me to see if store convenient or if I had the capability (there was a reason I ordered online for delivery). When I expressed it would be a considerable journey, still no other response to fix their human error. Great paint though.
