It never arrived. I contacted support but received no reply. However, I did receive several emails asking me to review the product. (which I never received) Furthermore, the tracking information also tells me that my package has arrived. €100 for nothing. (I ordered a total of 3 wigs) EDIT:I received a response immediately after my review. There were problems with the shipment tracking, which have now been resolved. Plus my email ended up in her spam folder. I will revise the review as soon as the product arrives.
