I ordered 3 shirts from H bar C on 07/02/2022On the 18/02/2022 i sent an email asking for some info on when it would be sent.I received a reply from Rick Stahl telling me he wasn't sure why it hadn't been shipped. Another email on that same day putting it down to covid.I finally got the package on 22/03/2022. the weight for 3 shirts had been declared on the customs , but only 1 shirt was in the package. I have attempted countless times to contact h bar c via email and no reply whatsoever. They continue to send me sales emails boasting of their impeccable customer service, however. The product is second to none, Rick Stahl is something else entirely.
