About 10 days ago I received an incredibly patronizing and rude email from the company, which of course was unsigned. And trying to get anybody from corporate to respond to my inquiries regarding this email has proved impossible. And through the various stores I have left a number of messages for the owner Rick, with no response. So now social media is going to find out about it.
