The customer support is lacking. I advise against using this service. After making a payment through the app, a glitch caused an issue with the fee, leading to my payment being held. When I attempted to pay the fee, I was charged again. They were unhelpful and rude when I requested assistance or a refund, stating they would impose additional charges. I will not use this service again and strongly recommend avoiding it.
