HBW acted has executors of my late father's will to say I was disappointed with there service is an understatement. The will clearly stated everything was left to his wife my mother, yes she did receive the small amount of money that was left, but the woman my Dad was living with took his car and everything else. I was told by the police and solicitor it is a civil matter, and it would cost thousands to take the matter to court. This leads me to ask the question what is the point of a will with a solicitor named as the executor but someone can just take things and get away with it.
