We have had a terrible experience with HC Grillz.We waited 6 weeks for the original order we placed, despite their website saying 3-4 weeks, only to receive it and find that the grillz had been made for the wrong tooth. As instructed we sent the incorrect grillz back so that they could melt it down and re-make it. They assured us it would be re-made as a priority. that was 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. After following up multiple times, they finally had to admit that the molds are sent to Indonesia to be made. We spent a small fortune on these grillz, and we are beyond disappointed.
