A truly remarkable experience from beginning to end! 1) The website was user-friendly, allowing us to customize the bed to our exact preferences. 2) The customer support was outstanding. Within hours of placing the order, we received a message with delivery details. Given the bed's size, we were advised to measure the headboard to ensure it would fit upstairs... fortunate we did, as it didn't quite fit our vaulted bedroom. We asked if we could reduce the height by 3 inches, and they agreed! It fits perfectly now! 3) Delivery - We ordered the bed on Friday evening, and it arrived on Wednesday, which is impressive considering they had to adjust the headboard and assemble the bed! The delivery team was friendly and carried everything into the hallway for us. The packaging was superb, with great attention to detail, from fabric protecting the corners to little plastic caps on the metal screws. 4) Quality - The bed is stunning, and the matching ottoman is equally beautiful; the material and finish are truly luxurious! 5) Price - Exceptional value for money and so much more.
