Given my current experience, I would say that it is the worst general health insurance company in India..They will makes things difficult for you when you are admitted to the hospital. I must inform others on how HDFC cheats customers after collecting huge amounts of money from the general public. Seriously very upset with them. So pls, whoever is reading this, never ever opt for HDFC ERGO otherwise you will be put into similar situation as me.PS: I have spoken to hdfc customer care and they have told that my issues will be resolved. Will update here what happens next.
