Came to do a service and provide quote for replacement seem friendly enough, but then I had to chase them to get details on how to pay and am still waiting for a quote and receipt/ gas safety cert. so really can only give 1 star______________________________Update, I have now been contacted by HDS, who have apologies for the lack of comms, I am updating the review based on that whilst. I have been left with a bad taste about this following up with me took a degree of courage. Whilst the series of events that led up to poor comms is unlikely it never the less happened and could have been avoided.______________________________Further revision, I did eventually use HDS to replace the boiler and they did a good job, friendly efficient, neat and tidy.
