I bought a customised card for my 9-year old son. I was in holiday mode and left it a bit late but explained to Rebecca that we were going on holiday imminently. She rushed through the order and made sure it arrived in time to go abroad, no more "he doesnt look disabled" comments in airports now hopefully! Thanks for your help!
