I got into a glitch apparently when an enquiry went unanswered for almost 2 weeks, or so I was told. There was a worrying automated reply when I did a follow-up email that warned to avoid sending follow up emails, as each new message moves my request back to the top of the queue, delaying response.
Thankfully, my follow-up email was replied to on the same day by an apologetic and friendly customer service. So kudos to that and thank you to that person.
There is one little gripe that I think would be a great improvement in the future, however:
I would have done another purchase sooner than later if the Bundle system is less restrictive and allows you to choose any selection from the inventory rather from a pre-approved selection. The price just seems too steep otherwise for me, personally.
Other than that, I would recommend this company and their products!
