I ordered a wig and had a conversation with a representative before placing my order. I reviewed the return policy, which mentions headcovers. However, if you look closely, there are detailed instructions regarding wig returns. You are responsible for your own return shipping, certain wigs are not eligible for return, and there's a 20% restocking fee. I don't understand why this wasn't communicated during the call, and due to its harsh nature, it should be prominently displayed at the beginning of the return policy instead of at the end. Very dissatisfied!
