I am a repeat customer. Overall a decent product but the only phone number you can reach is for ordering new items there is no phone number for customer service problems or issues with their products, only email. In the past I have sent them to defective lights and never received a timely response. I have recently had problems with them taking nine days to get me an item they promised in two to three. All of my emails back and forth with them show a distinct 'customer is always wrong' attitude. I will not deal with them again.
