Received a shocking choppy cut after a rushed service.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at Headmasters Wandsworth on Wednesday at 17:15. I don’t recall the name of the stylist. The full appointment took less than 30 minutes for the stylist to wash, cut, blow dry and style my hair. I have thin/fine hair so my appointments don’t typically take very long. However, other stylists have taken at least 45 minutes to blunt cut my hair to one length. At this appointment, I requested for soft layers, including face framing layers. The hair washing experience was okay but it felt rushed and did not include the usual head massaging. Once washed, the stylist ran a brush through my hair whilst still in the basin. My hair gets tangled very easily and so this was incredibly painful as she ripped through my hair from the root to tip. Surely stylists know that tangled hair should be brushed from bottom, slowly working upwards to avoid breakage! Surely stylists would handle fine/thin hair with extra care!!!!!Once in the chair, she cut off my length in sections which was great. Then in order to do layers she pulled the entire top layer of my hair into one section and blunt cut. I am no expert but my understanding is that layering needs to be cut in small sections, with angles or points to ensure a blended soft look. Perhaps because my hair is so thin, she felt it was acceptable to take a shortcut or that I didn’t deserve to have my layers cut in smaller sections. To create my face frame she basically cut a fringe at a level she asked me to suggest. There is absolutely nothing soft, blended or face framing about it. She then started blow drying my hair by pushing it in every direction which made me feel like I was standing in a wind storm. She gave me a magazine to read but I couldn’t even read it because she was blowing hair into my face. She then changed her technique and blow dried my hair into a wavy style using a round brush. Once done, she gave me three seconds to look at the back of my hair before ushering me out the door. She didn’t go back to assess her cut and make changes once the hair was dry and she didn’t ask me if I was happy with the cut. Obviously on the day, I felt happy with my hair because she had styled it so it looked nice. By the next day, I could tell that it was not looking or sitting right. I have ended up with a choppy unblended cut. It looks like a cut you would give a child who doesn’t particularly care for their hairstyle. It is honestly appalling that such a well known franchise can provide such a poor quality service. I am actually flawed.If my haircut was decent at all, I would have said nothing about her rushed overall service. However, the fact that my entire appointment took about 30 minutes, was stressful more than relaxing and I am left with a choppy cut is absolutely appalling.
