My son 16 went for his haircut at 18:00 yesterday in the Epsom branch, he had his cut and had paid within 15 minutes my son said they did nothing he asked for. They did not wash his hair, or provide any normal treatment, he was upset they charged £47.25 for less than 15 minutes work. When I asked for a refund they said they can’t give refunds because a manager was not there and to call a central number this morning. I spoke to someone who was going to see what they could do as a manager was still not there, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and the phone cut off. I called back they said call back on Monday and a manger should be in. Such poor service and an awful haircut. Headmasters have since sent me a link to their website to log my complaint, which I did. I have heard nothing..
