I rang the Guildford salon to book a balyage and haircut/blowdry, and enquired what was included in the £145 offer running through November.I was assured all colour and cut/blowdry would be included in the offer.When i actually had a head full of foils I was asked do you want your roots done aswell?There is an extra charge of over £53 if you want to go ahead!!!!I felt totally conned and refused to have the roots done as a matter of principal.I did not get my hair done as I requested sadly it looks totally dried out, and a mess.I feel that I should be reimbursed as it is not fair that my hair is now ruined.
