I had a haircut and balayage at Headmasters Hammersmith on 6th November, and I’m really disappointed with the result.The balayage looks nothing like what I asked for — the tone and placement are completely different, and there are chunky, uneven strands at the back that look harsh and patchy instead of soft and blended.The haircut is also uneven, with rough ends and layers that don’t blend properly. I asked for a low-maintenance, natural look, but the overall result is messy and not what I expected from a professional salon.I spent a lot of money and left feeling really unhappy with both the color and cut.The service was very poor throughout. The stylist left the toner on my hair for over an hour at the uncomfortable with my hair wet while she was busy with multiple customers and then finished with a rushed, careless blow-dry. I left the salon feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frustrated.after washing my hair at home, all the toner was gone, and I was left with a greenish and dull balayage.For the price and reputation of this salon, I expected a much higher standard. Sadly, this was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my visit.
