I went to headmaster for a balayage and a cut and blow dry. I booked a consultation and discussed my wishes for my colour and cut with nancy in the putney branch. we went ahead with the appointment. what i ended up with was hair that looked like it had been streaked from the 70,s,and a cut that had zero style to what i had asked for. i complained to customer care, they sent me back to the salon manager that took a look covered the mistake with a toner that was orange and sent me on my way. i complained again to customer care and after a fight was given a partial refund for my colour, i wanted a full refund as the mistake would have to be sorted at another salon. i spoke with emma and emily at customer service with my concern, only for emma to slam the phone down on me. i got treated like a criminal because there member of staff messed my hair up. at present i am still having to spend time emailing all my concerns trying to get the full refund. i wanted a treat for myself what i got was a disaster and a full on battle to get the refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
