I’ve been going to Headmasters in Tunbridge Wells for 14 years and have had wonderful service for all of that time. Staff are professional, friendly, up to date with recent trends and training and always communicate what they will be doing and the cost before an appointment begins. They always appear to enjoy their jobs and there’s a real feeling of teamwork. I love their loyalty scheme which is such good value, the special offers on gift cards, colour sales and the online booking service which allows a choice of stylist. With careful planning there are substantial savings to be made. I have recently moved to another country and I really miss my appointments and the fabulous head massages. If I return to the UK on a visit I will make sure that I book an appointment beforehand. I’ve always said that I would still go to Headmasters just for the people and the great atmosphere, even if they didn’t even touch my hair!
