Beware of this site! Went online to the louve to buy tickets mind you my trip is next month I thought id be prepared.

A minute later im ready to print my tickets and get an email stating my tickets are confirmed however I won't get them till 12 hours prior to the visit.
Are you kidding me.
I email i want my money back in my account I paid for tickets and get 3 more emails that unfortunately there is no cancelation.
Its been not 5 minutes.

I reiterate your tickets are confirmed rest assured you will have them with a heart Emoji. Lol who does that?
Do they expect anyone to trust that.
Its ridiculous to think anyone is that stupid to pay almost a month away and have to wait while in another country for an email tickets.
Not to mention afterwhich I found them headout travel and saw the reviews it looks like the poor people who buy once they get there good luck getting them
Fortunately im a month away from travel and called my credit card not 5 minutes after that purchase.
Who pays for something not given and told rest assured you'll get them your confirmed.
Hey listen its a world of scammers now and Headout is definitely trying.
Worst experience with the emails and no tickets. Hopefully someone doesn't fall for it.
