Please think carefully before booking with this company. Not recommended at any rate.
I totally understand that due to extreme snowstorms in NY the show got canceled, however before going to the venue I had contacted the Customer Support Team and requested to double check if show was gonna happen. I was advised to go to the place. It took me one hour to get there and whether conditions were extraordinary bad due to heavy snowfalls. So, when I finally arrived , it turned out that no show was planned. Canceled. Why do you guys have a Customer Support? I believe to help people. I was very disappointed. At the venue I was told that an email cancelation was sent to those , who purchased tickets. So, never again I will book with Headout.
