Their team sucks in repair. The only thing good about them is that they reply to the mails(which is no use as the issue won't be solved). I sent them my fiio ja11 dac because one side of the iem wasn't reading. So they when they checked the product it was perfectly fine. I urged them to check again and they said they checked it using multiple device and then send the product back. So when I got it back the problem persisted. I didn't send it back because all it could do was waste my time further.
