The audio quality and comfort of these earphones are excellent—no complaints there. However, customer service is extremely poor, relying solely on emails with no direct person-to-person support.
The right earbud had an issue from day one, but I used the left alone for nearly a year until it failed. In my detailed warranty claim (including photos and a handwritten letter via courier), I clearly stated: I don't mind if you fix the right earbud, but I need left to work as it was. Despite acknowledging the initial damage, they reshipped the earphones in even worse condition.
