Incorrect item received. Order Number 14113Ordered replacement Bose Earpad QC replacement in Midnight Blue. What I received was a set of poor quality, mis shapen white unbranded Earpads. Not even the correct colour or brand....I have attempted to email their support but no reply or acknowledgement yet, requested a full refund.
