The convention was promoted as a chance for a transformative experience that would influence our future, but so far, that hasn't been the case. The organization needs to focus on more challenging subjects that would truly benefit us. The topics covered today felt too simplistic and didn't justify the time and effort we invested in traveling to Italy. Additionally, the facilitators lacked energy and enthusiasm; the morning session felt somewhat dull, with no icebreakers or energizers. Overall, the concept of the convention and its execution seem misaligned.
