So, my partner and I had a little mix-up and both ordered pretty much the same thing, so I sent my order back. It got delivered on March 9th at 10:11 AM, and I even got an email saying it arrived and they'd review and process the refund within 7 days. But now it's been 11 days and still no refund! Last time I contacted customer service, they said they'd update me in 24-48 hours, but now they're just ignoring me. This was my first time ordering, and I'm worried it might be my last.

Edit 2: After all the back and forth with customer service and being ignored until I wrote a review, Junah stepped in and handled it super professionally. I got to choose between a refund for the return or a really tempting voucher, which I went with to give the brand another shot. Big thanks to Junah for the quick and great solution! Hopefully, my next experience will be way better.
