Update 10/21/25This update is meant to inform any potential buyer of what the healflux can and won’t do. Sorry for the following being scientifically technical, but this information is critical to know before purchasing. When I first went to use my healflux, I was frustrated at a lack of some information in what this product can do and how to specifically operate this device. My overall all star rating has been upgraded after receiving updated information not available in the company’s product description. I was just told that the energy field put out in a ten foot diameter was a “scalar” energy field. The product description states it puts out “PEMF.” From my new research, scalar and PEMF are different and both are helpful. I bought this healflux because the product stated it put out a PEMF field. Scalar affects bodily functions and helps differently. In fact, I am happy this puts out a scalar field. I now plug my healflux next to my bed all night and the field can medically help both my wife and me while we sleep. Because this does not put out PEMF, my severe physical pain has not diminished, BUT this has drastically improved my sleep in that I no longer wake up around two or three to go to the bathroom.I also discovered that the optional two jack Y audio adapter is strictly for audio only! I tried plugging the optional antenna in one side and earbuds in the other jack and discovered that the antenna shorted out and stopped the audio signal. I suspect that the optional wrist strap or earclips that are meant to focus the energy, may do the same.I like that this puts out a safer scalar energy field. I say this because I sometimes have elderly people with electronic device implants such as pacemakers, visit my home. I discovered that to operate, I press the left green button and release. Turn the knob to the desired number. Then press to move to the next number to the right. To adjust the volume, press the green button down and turn the green knob to select. To turn on the audio, press the green button again. BEWARE, this can put out a high amount of sound so I recommend that you do NOT wear headphones when adjusting Volume! As an example, I generally set my volume level around 9, but it can go up to around 125, a huge range. Also, please be aware that some frequencies are not in the hearing range for many people. I say this because I have selected different frequencies and gotten blasted with high volume. Now that I understand this healflux puts out a scalar field instead of PEMF, I have upgraded my star rating to four stars. This upgrade is also a reflection that although the response to my questions may be slow, this company does eventually respond. They seem to be a busy, small company. Update 10/15/25Someone from healflux did respond after I wrote this review. The product description states that this device puts out an electromagnetic field (PEMF) around 10 feet and if you purchase the plugin antenna, the distance is increased. I have two other similar devices and when I use a clear vial with a tiny magnet in it, my other devices causes the magnet to vibrate. When I put the vial close to my healflux, the magnet remains motionless. This mans that it is apparently not putting out any magnetic field that I can measure. When I use my meter, my other devices show a reading, but this device shows no response. I sent a reply in an email and was told I would have a response back within five business days. It is now the end of day 7 with no response. Either I got a defective device, or my device that they sell does not do what they advertise it does. Unfortunately because of these issues, my rating remains at one star. If this device did what it is advertised to do, at this price, it would be a home run product and I would recommend it to my friends that really need something like this. It is sturdy and small. Original product review:I was initially impressed about the technology in how this product is described and what it could do for the body. In placing my order, the poor quality of product I received, lack of product operating instructions, and absolutely NO customer service response causes me to rate this product as a one star rating. What good is a product if I do not know HOW to operate it correctly? I have a strong engineering mindset and have figured some things, but my product came shipped not working correctly. Because of these observations, I must strongly encourage you to AVOID purchasing this product! This experience caused me to search and find another similar prodct that is much easier to operate. My only option is to reverse charge my credit card charge since this company does not respond at all and my product sound does not operate correctly.
