Be careful with the "healing-project.info", Jesse Ramirez might have good intentions but he doesn't have the time, and it's irresponsible of him to take new clients when he doesn't have time for them. My dog had cancer so I booked an appointment with Jesse and that was the ONLY time he called me, to tell me how my dog was going to get better if I follow his unique instructions etc.. then after I paid him we NEVER spoke on the phone again. I was waiting 2 days for his next call, and he NEVER called me. After many times texting him, he finally gave me some information by text. Also, he wasn't guiding me at all, since he would NOT respond to most of my questions by text. At the end, I didn't know what to do really since his instructions were vague and he will not answer many of my questions. If you are going to give a service at least call your clients or answer your texts...you know my dog is dying and you are nowhere to be found even though I paid you! Very unprofessional and made me waste time that I didn't have, my dog's health deteriorated rapidly and he passed away. I'm a real person, not a fake profile on a FB group, and this was my experience, with Jesse Ramirez and the healing project, I will NOT recommended to anyone.Update: He finally replied here, more a than a year later, and not on text but here in a public forum (you can see it below this post), just because of this review probably affecting his business$. He makes the excuse that my texts were missed, sure but all the texts I sent him before I paid weren't missed, right? Before I paid, he texted me several times, he even called me a couple of times and told me how great everything will be and how my dog will recover. As soon as I paid him then suddenly no reply to any of my texts, he didn't answer my calls, just one generic text after a few days and that was it. Then I had no guidance and my dog died. I'm not blaming him for my dog's death but he didn't deliver what he promised. I could have used that money to get a professional who would deliver, unlike him.He is very irresponsible and careless. You can get to your own conclusions after this review.Becareful with Jesse Ramirez and the healing project.
