Ignorant staff, no professionality and lack of consideration to their patients. I have sent innumerable emails for them to rectify several issues and they simply don’t acknowledge anything. Duty of care is nonexistent and their lack of empathy, respect or courtesy is atrocious. I await for a sincere apology and for swift remedy.
