An Unexpected Hypnotherapy Experience

I had an unplanned hypnotherapy session just before a workshop we were both attending. Even though it was just a brief 5-minute glimpse of what he typically provides in a full session, it was incredibly profound and impactful. I felt energized and lighter afterward.
