Frustrating experience

The website is the most frustrating I've ever encountered, feeling outdated and unhelpful. You can't select the specific blood test you need and must request it on the day. If the right nurse isn't available, you're out of luck. My inquiries went unanswered, and there was no contact number provided. Although I received reminders, they lacked appointment details. The whole experience was chaotic and unsatisfactory, leading me to cancel my appointment. I’d prefer to pay more for a service that values customer care.
