No queues or waiting time, seen straight away. The nurse at the Oxford st clinic in Manchester was excellent, very pleasant, friendly & efficient. A lovely person. My only negative is how u have to make contact if running late. My train was cancelled so had to use a bus service which takes much longer. It would help if there was a phone no just to leave a message to advise of a problem like this.
