She explained everything thoroughly, put me at ease right from the beginning, and the blood draw was flawless: she located the vein instantly, and I hardly felt anything. She also provided valuable aftercare advice, including a suggestion to wait before hitting the gym that day. I took her advice and had no problems whatsoever. Overall, it was a truly positive experience with excellent service. I left genuinely impressed and would highly recommend this clinic.
