Healthful pets have sold me faulty products and old dog treats on a few occasions. Every time I reported a faulty product, expecting them to put things right they fobbed me off by saying that it is perfectly fine to consume treats past their use by date, and that the three opened and leaking dog toothpastes that spilled on to my clothes and hands are absolutely fine to use. They keep giving hundreds of excuses, blaming it on the suppliers for sending them products with short expiry date, giving silly excuses that for the toothpastes it is the solid material that provides the benefits and that it doesn’t matter that half of the product is leaked out, and I’m left with half the quantity.They had not offered to compensate me in any way and in contrary they blamed me and everybody else for the incidents.They blamed me for expecting to receive products in a good condition and not expired. They blamed my dog being too small ( she is a toy breed), and for not being able to consume the treats before the short expiry date.They arrogantly said I should call them before placing an order in order to find out if the expiry date is good. People, please know that it is not your fault, you have the right to receive fresh goods, in a good condition, that don’t cause any damage to your cloths, where you don’t have to soap your hands after handing them, and where your dog DOESN’T FALL ILL after consuming their products.They are blaming everyone and everything except them selves for selling old and faulty goods.I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards and you should too.
