They do not accept returns even if the delivered product is damaged. It took two weeks and many arguments to return my item. I'm still waiting to see if a refund will be issued. Their staff is unhelpful, and the online chat provides no assistance. They repeatedly express regret for the inconvenience and direct me to email, where they continue to make excuses and delay responses.
