Unfortunately a very negative experience with their subscription service. I was billed but no delivery took place. As I planned to travel I asked a week later to cancel as I bought in store. I was told no - the order is processed but not shipped so we don’t cancel. What a coincidence….. Anyways, it is not a serious business behavior to charge, but don’t ship (especially for subscriptions as this is sold for a seamless experience) and when the client a week later asks for a refund on an order the business failed to fulfill deny refund but say it coincidentally ships today.Perfect way of how to loose a long time client won with big effort but lost within minutes.
