DO NOT USE THEM look else where. They try and get you to use their pharmacies. It's cheaper at chemist warehouse. They don't honour there pay outs, make you jump through so many loop holes to get paid out. Every time you apply for a payout they need a letter from the doctor. High fees and no customer service. Forget their advertising that they are for there for the members. They are their to fill their pockets.
