The customer service team that I have dealt with have been fantastic. This year I did change to a new fund who rang me and gave me their sales speed however I called them back the next day as I had query and the female who answered was obviously working from home and had a crying child in her arms....needless to say I cancelled that fund and immediately rang Health Partners and spoke to a lovely lady who was most helpful and renewed my membership. Yeah
