Recently I realised that I had not changed my policy since my husband passed away 18 months ago. I was in the city so went into the member services area and spoke to Sammi. She was amazingly respectful and caring. She was able to setup my new payments straight away. She wasn’t able to get a response on the spot about whether or not I would receive a refund for the excess payments but promised to call me. When she had the answer Sammi called me straight back and let me know what I needed to do to finalise it. Health partners agreed to backdate the revised premiums and have held my payments until September to allow for the credit against my account. It was simple and easy and I felt cared about.
