I am a Health Partners patient and I have Health Partners insurance. The central phone system (good luck finding any direct numbers) is impossibly long and inefficient. I've called with basic questions and sat on the line for 20 minutes only to be transferred and wait again. Completely frustrating and very poor customer service.
