I was recently 'telemarketed' by a well known Third Party Brokerage company to assess my current Private Health cover. While they were pleasant enough, I felt under 'duress' to take up their offer and it was significantly more than our premiums with Health Partners. I subsequently contacted Health Partners and dealt with one of their Health Insurance Consultants - Maria Ciccarelli in their Adelaide Office. I could not be happier with my dealings with her. She was extremely polite and very helpful. She was able to review and upgrade our policy and arranged for the cancellation of the policy that I was recently signed to. Quick, painless and simple. Well Done to Maria & Health Partners. I think this is where I will be staying.
