Long time member. Satisfied with existing services. Would appreciate benefits to be paid on extra claims as we have top cover with Gold Extras, but even treatments which will save the fund in the long term eg, vein treatment without surgery and hospital stays, are not covered. Illogical. Benefits for Chiro and the like need to keep pace with market prices. Staff are friendly and helpful with optical services.
