The item I ordered was not in stock (its a discontinued product that they still had on their site)When they told me it was out of stock the suggested I wait until it comes back it (it was never going to. Again, the product was discontinued)So I requested a refund. They told me it would take up to 14 days. I told them that was way to long and unnecessary. They told me to wait.Then they messaged to say they were having 'a problem' with paypal and requested my bank details.I ultiamtely got a refund, but only through requesting one through paypal (which came through immediately)All this is to say that they were trying so hard to hold on to my money for as long as possible. Avoid them, and shop elsewhere
