I placed a order with health delivery.they are based in NZ. I received a msg my order was delivered. I checked and it wasn't. I followed up with Auspost, they said it's lost in transit. I contacted the health delivery main customer support. Sharon said it's delivered. I mast check.... my house is open infront, not a tree or pot plant, clean and open. Such a shame how you can assume a situation. I wanted visual proof that it's been delivered. I paid alot for secure delivery. Sharon couldn't provide any evidence. She got defensive and rude. She ignored the situation, and wiped the problem under the carpet. Not a very honest company to deal with. I have proof of communication via email, such a pity I can't upload them ad proof.
